Returns & Refunds policy

1. Cancellation by Client: * Cancellations made 7 days or more before the shoot: The retainer is forfeited, but no further balance is due. Cancellations within 24 hours: The full session fee may be charged to cover lost time and overhead.

2. Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Subsequent reschedules may incur a fee of $50.00.

3. Refunds (Services): Due to the nature of creative services, no refunds are issued once the shoot has taken place and images have been delivered.

4. Refunds (E-commerce/TikTok Shop): If you purchased physical prints or products:

  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

  • Custom-printed items are non-refundable.
