These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Robert Mendez Studio's Website, located at https://www.robertmendezstudio.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Robert Mendez Studio if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Booking and Retainer: A non-refundable retainer fee of 20% is required to secure your date. No date is held without a signed contract and payment.

2. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled shoot.

3. Copyright & Image Use: Robert Mendez Studio retains all copyrights to all images produced. The Client is granted a personal use license (social media sharing, printing). Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

4. Creative Stakes: Robert Mendez Studio reserves the right to use images for portfolio, advertising, and gallery display unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event of digital file loss or equipment failure, liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the session.

6. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation without refund.
